Updates for January 1 2013

Hi All:

I have added many new cams and left some to open in separate windows. These would be Gatun and Miraflores cams. They are now also available in the cam window. I have added     
Costa Deliziosa cams fore/aft. I guess I will find out what Costa thinks of this but I will try.

I added Norwegian Sun as well as Queen Elizabeth.

Added 3 World cruises for January.
