Introducing Our New e-Ticket Policy

In an effort to both embrace the advances in technology and continue our commitment toward preserving the environment, MSC Cruises is proud to introduce our new e-ticket policy starting April 1, 2010.

The new e-ticket policy offers advantages for both our guests and agents, including greater flexibility and convenience. We have enhanced our current e-tickets to include the same reliability and all the standard information of the traditional paper tickets, along with improved formatting and graphics. Once the program goes into effect guest's tickets will be automatically e-mailed to their travel agent. Agents will also be able to provide an alternate email address during booking process, which will simplify sending the e-ticket directly to the guest.

We understand that some guests would prefer to receive a traditional paper ticket. We can accomodate this request. A $35 per ticket charge will be incurred and they must be ordered prior to 14 days in advance of departure.

For travelers unable to access e-mail, agents may print out e-tickets and deliver them in the way that best suites their client's needs. Guests can obtain luggage bag tags at the pier.
