Thanks Frank. I couldn't get a better picture of the other ship. It take so long to download a picture from the new cam. C.C.13

they actually moved the Gatun camera direction!  Maybe they've done that before but I'd never noticed it until now.

I was told they were waiting for the joy stick. Looks like they got it. The cam went off for about 45 minutes this morning before it came on with the new look. I like it.   thumbup C.C.13

This one took me a while. Vessel Tracker had it going out into the Atlantic, but destination was San Francisco. Have pictures from the new Gatun cam, but to low in the water. C.C.13

Linda, I think maybe that's what confused you.  There is two USCGC's, one in each direction...   Here is Boutwell (WB)  I saw the same as you did, the Sun is not a friend today...

I am sure most of you have seen this, but for the people that haven't. I knew the car carrier's are big, but I didn't realize how big until I watched this video. The video is not inside of the Talisman, but I guess most are about the same. C.C.13

It seems every time a sub transits the canal they turn the cams off. If you look close you can make the sub out and all the little rubber rafts around her.  For some reason a lot of the sailor's like to ride the rafts instead of the sub when transiting the canal.  C.C.13

I was told that not all ships or sub's have the cams turned off, but the country's that request it, they have to turn them off. With every thing going on in the world today I would like to know what country has sub's or war ships transiting the canal. C.C.13

(SUBMARINE)  I just saw this one leaving the Gatun Locks,  all most missed her. No name or country yet. I hope someone got pictures of her with the Gatun Locks Hi-Res cam. At least they left the cam on. C.C.13
