That date is very familiar to me.
Will be great to see her and get some real  close up photos :bounce:

She is out for sea trials today, left pier around 7am UK time.  She's been up to 23.5kts.  Check her out on AIS in the Adriatic.  CJ

Watching this first a bit short I thought. The second thing that came to mind was when the Captain did the 3 cheers to her Majesty the Queen you could faintly hear the crowd while the Captain could be heard clearly. (yes he was on mic) I would have thought those invited would be pro Cunard and pro Queen fans, or is this a bit of what we call the stiff upper lip and doing it in a sedate way?

The Queen appeared a bit "under-whelmed" too, I thought !  Any chance you could get this webcam on the site ? Maybe take off one of the Princesses ?  QE will be welcomed wherever she goes and it might be nice to see.  Thanks if you can, no worries if you can't. Rose   8)

This is the Hull that Carnival had for Holland America that was changed over to Cunard. Looking at the deck plans there isn't much difference. The biggest difference is QE is 26 feet longer. Almost all cabins are in the same locations except suites. They also removed one cabin from each deck to put in laundry rooms.

QE3 cam has been online and on Seacruise since it became liveas she is scheduled to transit the Panam Canal on her World Cruise..

Carnival Ecstasy arrived in her temporary home in New Orleans, and had to dock at the Julia Terminal because Triumph was at the Erato terminal.  Apparently they have been dredging  to deepen the slip for Voyager and Conquest class ships - but aren't there yet, because Ecstasy bottomed out!  Apparently she had to do some fancy maneuvering to get out of the mud to pull forward to pick up passengers.
