Notice the little row boat bringing out the tow lines to
be hooked up to mules
The row boat coming to get the line thrown from the ship
to get the cable from the mule to the ship. Also notice
that the Panama Canal has all its own workers on board.
They are now preparing to hook the line up from the
mule to the ship.
