Thanks Phyllis,
I searched every Carnival ship twice and no one was in Santos or any where close to it.
She also had no Carnival colours or markings visible to me.

Popeye, did you notice you caught MV Explorer (Semester at Sea) in your picture!  It is the Blue hulled at the top right. It is there from Feb. 26th until March 3rd...
